Turner Motorsport accepts returns for unused products within 30 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If using a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.

Warranty Returns: For warranty returns or exchanges of any Genuine OEM Parts, the customer must provide shop install invoices, including a diagnosis from a reputable repair facility. All returns are subject to inspection and/or testing before credit or replacement parts are provided. If the parts do not qualify for a return, the item will be returned to the sender at their expense.

International Returns: Must be shipped using a prepaid shipping method to cover the cost of duties and brokerage. The customer is responsible for ensuring the return is safely packaged. If the return is damaged in transit, it will be refused upon delivery.

Non-Refundable Items: Special order parts and items not in the original packaging are non-refundable. If the return does not meet the requirements, the items will be returned or discarded at the customer's discretion. If the core is denied for core credit, the customer is responsible for the cost of having the item returned.
